珍珠菇又名真姬菇、滑菇,是世界第五、日本第三大宗的食用菌品种,其营养价值高,对癌细胞有强烈的抑制作用。目前我国仅东三省、湖北及台湾有部分栽培,以罐头和盐渍产品出口为主,销售市场广阔。由于受气候条件的制约,南方各省还罕见栽培,我校及南平、建瓯、顺昌等县市1997年开始栽培获得成功,并摸索出了适合南方气候特点的小袋栽培法。
Pearl mushroom, also known as true Shimeji, slippery mushrooms, is the fifth in the world, Japan’s third largest edible mushroom species, its high nutritional value, has a strong inhibitory effect on cancer cells. At present, only the three northeastern provinces of China, Hubei and Taiwan are partially cultivated, mainly in the export of canned and salted products, and the sales market is vast. Due to the climatic conditions, the southern provinces also rare cultivation, our school and Nanping, Jian’ou, Shunchang and other cities and counties began cultivation in 1997 to be successful, and worked out for the southern climate characteristics of the sachet cultivation method.
