随着煤矿企业的发展,人力资源问题越发突出,如何控制好人力资源管理的风险,成为了当今煤矿企业能够持续发展的重要任务。文章首先分析了煤矿企业人力资源管理现状,提出了五点风险控制措施,并建立了人才管理体系。该研究为我国煤矿企业人才管理问题奠定了良好的基础。
With the development of coal mining enterprises, the problem of human resources becomes more and more prominent. How to control the risks of human resources management has become an important task for the sustainable development of coal mines today. The article first analyzes the current situation of human resources management in coal mines, puts forward five measures of risk control and establishes a talent management system. This research laid a good foundation for the personnel management of coal mine enterprises in China.
