茌圆金枣是我们于2001年在山东省茌平县杨屯乡发现的枣制干新品种,属圆铃大枣系列。果实扁圆形,平均单果重21.7 g,最大单果重32.5 g,紫红色;果肉浅绿色,厚,汁液少,风味甜;可溶性固形物含量32.50%,可食率97.80%,制干率61.00%,不裂果;在山东省茌平,枣果9月中下旬成熟,果实发育期110天左右。2009年2月通过山东省林木品种审定委员会品种认定。
茌 Yuanzao jujube is a jujube-dried new variety that we found in Yangtun Township, Taoping County, Shandong Province in 2001. It belongs to the round bell jujube series. The fruit is oblate, the average fruit weight is 21.7 g, the maximum single fruit weight is 32.5 g, purple; the flesh is light green, thick, the juices are sweet and sweet; the content of soluble solids is 32.50%, the edible rate is 97.80% , No cracking; in Shandong Province Chiping, jujube mature in mid to late September, fruit development period of about 110 days. February 2009 through the Shandong Provincial Forest Variety Certification Committee identified species.
