采用程侃声(1993)亚洲稻籼粳亚种六项形质性状鉴别方法,对普通野生稻(O.rufipogon)进行籼粳性状分化的调查研究,了解作为栽培稻近缘祖先种的普通野生稻各生态类型的籼粳性状分化情况。结果表明,普通野生稻各生态类型在叶毛、穗轴1、2节长、谷粒长宽比等性状上已有籼粳性状表现的差异,在同一性状中各生态类型群体上表现也有差异;有的性状(叶毛)在同一植株不同生育期也表现出籼粳的差异。因此认为普通野生稻存在着籼粳性状的结构基因,性状上的籼粳差异是基因表达调控不同的结果。亚洲栽培稻籼粳亚种可能同时起源于野生稻,不存在基本型与变异型问题。
Using Cheng Kan-Sheng (1993) identification of six traits of rice japonica subspecies in Asia, we investigated the differentiation of O. rufipogon from indica-japonica traits and found that common wild rice Ecological types of indica and japonica traits. The results showed that there were differences in the indica-japonica traits among the ecological types of common wild rice (Oryza rufipogon Griffith) in the traits of leaf hair, rachis length of 1, length-width ratio of grain and other characters in the same traits ; Some traits (leaf hair) in the same plant at different growth stages also showed the difference between indica and japonica. Therefore, the common wild rice is thought to have the structural genes of indica and japonica traits, and the indica and japonica differences in traits are the result of different gene expression regulation. Asian cultivated rice indica-japonica subspecies may also originate in wild rice, there is no basic and variant problems.
