Since the beginning of this year, according to the requirements of the 4th Plenary Session of the Tenth CPPCC National Committee, the Chinese Communist Party has actively organized and carried out sector activities to conduct in-depth investigations and studies at the grassroots level on the issue of “How Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations Can Play a Fighting Bastion in Building a New Socialist Countryside.” During the research, the panelists organized a forum to listen to the opinions of the five ministries of Hannan, Caidan, Jiangxia, Huangpi and Xinzhou on the organization of the deputy ministries responsible for party building at the grassroots level.
