近两年来许多省市的山区县在实施“星火计划”时,把发展木屑袋栽香菇作为主要的项目来抓。有的成功了,获得良好的经济效益,有的失败了,遭到巨大的经济损失。失败的原因除了杂菌污染之外,主要是出菇不好以及出现各种没有商品价值的畸形菇。探索出菇不良及发生畸形菇的原因,为菇农们排扰解难,是当前食用菌科技普及及培训工作的一个重要的课题。为此,把出菇不良的原因和发生畸形菇的原因,介绍于下:
In the past two years, mountainous counties in many provinces and municipalities implemented the “Spark Program” and focused their efforts on the development of woodchip mushrooms as a major project.
