本文通过我所两年多遗传咨询的神经系统遗传病250例的总结，发现神经系统遗传病发病率高，病种多，以智能落后、惊厥为主诉者居多。本组神经系统遗传病以常染色体隐性遗传最多，其次为显性遗传，其他遗传方式的病种较少．并讨论了神经系统道传病的产前诊断原则和方法。
