在人的一生之中有这样的一个阶段,在这个阶段之中,心理发展和生理发育同时产生着巨大的变化,这个阶段正是中学生阶段。在中学生阶段,由于受到生理发育的影响,第二性征出现,中学生们的心灵也产生着巨大的变化,人生观、价值观、社会观快速形成并得到丰富,法律意识作为其中的一部分,特别容易受到各种因素的影响。法律意识淡薄,特别容易导致违反法律的情况出现。正因为如此,提高法律意识对于中学生格外重要。本文首先通过三个角度分析法律意识对中学生的保护作用,然后提出培养和提高中学生法律意识的主要方法,以此促进培养中学生法律意识工作的推进。

This paper first analyzes the protective effect of legal awareness on middle school students from three perspectives, and then puts forward the main methods of training and improving the legal awareness of middle school students so as to promote the cultivation of law awareness among middle school students.
