Analysts from well-known real estate research institutes including CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, DTZ and Colliers International have shown that the 2012 global slowdown has a significant impact on China’s real estate market. Guangzhou is no exception, mansion, office buildings, shops, industrial real estate and other formats appear to varying degrees to adjust the pressure. With the gradual recovery of domestic and international economic recovery in 2013, the consensus reached by the Big Five is: 2013 is better than 2012, but under the pressure of supply and demand, the annual tone will be steady.
