近期,发改委等四部委联合发布《关于推进东北地区民营经济发展改革的指导意见》(简称《意见》)。《意见》要求,深入推进东北地区民营经济发展改革,健全和完善促进民营经济健康发展的体制机制,优化民营经济发展环境,将民营企业培育成为增强经济活力、推动振兴发展的重要力量。《意见》提出六点主要任务:探索完善有利于民营经济长足发展的政策环境;探索营造有利于民营经济
