作者近年来治疗小儿杀虫脒中毒 8例 ,现报告如下。1 临床资料本组 8例中男 5例 ,女 3例 ,年龄 1～ 11岁 ,口服中毒6例 ,皮肤吸收中毒 1例 ,呼吸道吸收中毒 1例。患儿表现为呕吐、头昏、精神萎靡、嗜唾者 5例 ,口服中毒者出现肉眼血尿。口唇、甲床、四肢指趾发绀 7例(75 % ) ;
In recent years, the treatment of children with chlordimeform poisoning in 8 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 8 males in 5 cases, 3 females, aged 1 to 11 years old, 6 cases of oral poisoning, skin absorption poisoning in 1 case, respiratory absorption poisoning in 1 case. Children showed vomiting, dizziness, apathetic, addicted to saliva in 5 cases, oral poisoning occurred gross hematuria. 7 cases (75%) of lips, nail bed and cyanosis of fingers and toes.
