网络技术的广泛应用给档案信息化建设带来了难得的机遇。档案信息化建设已成为档案工作发展的趋势和方向。档案信息化建设主要是运用信息技术提高档案建设、管理和应用的现代化水平。本文分析了档案信息化的重要作用,指出了档案信息化建设中存在的主要问题,提出了网络环境下档案信息化建设的应对措施。
The extensive application of network technology has brought a rare opportunity for the construction of archives information. The construction of archives informatization has become the trend and direction of archives development. The construction of archives information mainly uses information technology to improve the modernization of archives construction, management and application. This paper analyzes the important role of file informationization, points out the main problems in the file information construction, and puts forward the countermeasures of file information construction under the network environment.
