本文对3个种5个菌株龙胆草斑枯病病菌采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术进行了可溶性蛋白谱分析，结果表明：Septiora属的特征性谱带显著，共2—5条，不同种：S．microsporaS．gentianicola、S．gentiana和S．gentianicola之间区别显著，相对前两种而言，S．gentianicola在几条谱带上都有明显区别，遗传背景有较大差异，与形态学鉴定一样，把它们纳入一个属让人感到很勉强。在种内病菌可溶性蛋白质谱较一致，细微差异主要来自环境因素，说明环境条件影响变异。
