目的：观察中西医结合治疗对促进急性颅脑外伤后颅内血肿吸收的疗效。方法：急性颅脑外伤伴颅内血肿患者５２例，在西医常规治疗基础上，予中药脑血康口服液、川芎嗪注射液和其它活血化瘀、化痰通腑、益气健脾、补肾填精方药治疗。结果：５２例患者颅内血肿均完全吸收，临床治愈４２例，好转１０例。结论：中西医结合治疗可促进颅内血肿的吸收，在降低颅内压和恢复神经功能方面疗效明显，尤其中药对加速颅内血肿的吸收有独到之处。
Objective: To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on promoting intracranial hematoma absorption after acute craniocerebral trauma.
