党的十八大和党的十八届四中全会对依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家做出了明确部署。作为治国理政中间力量的领导干部,必须自觉提高运用法治思维和法治方式进行民主决策、深化改革开放、解决矛盾问题、维护和谐稳定、推动事业发展的意识和能力。领导干部要强化法治思维,带头遵纪守法、维护法律权威、强化法治责任,要坚决做到依法用权、依法办事、依法行政,以更好的保障群众利益、维护社会公平正义、促进社会和谐发展。
