本研究从器官主要功能及解剖角度对猪人异种肝脏移植进行初步探索。对12头猪分别检测了肝、肾功、电解质、凝血机制及解剖学数据等。结果血清胆红素:28~10.0μmol/L,总蛋白:530~700G/L,肌酐:1113~1297μmol/L,尿素氮:5.61~6.37mmol/L,血电解质、尿常规在人类正常值范围内。但血中白蛋白:27.5~31.9G/L,尿酸:7.1~8.6μmol/L,和总胆固醇:1.54~2.61mmol/L,较人类正常值范围低,这可能与猪的食性有关。凝血机制结果显示,猪血较人血更易凝固。解剖学结果表明猪肝脏的门静脉、肝动脉、胆总管管径分别为0.8~1.5cm,0.3~0.4cm,0.5~0.7cm,其门静脉、胆总管长度分别为0.3~6.0cm,2.0~4.0cm,与人类相应管道大小接近。本组结果提示猪肝脏与人类肝脏主要功能近似,行猪人异种肝移植的技术困难不大,有可能作为异种移植的供体。
This study from the main function of organs and anatomical perspective of pig human heterologous liver transplantation for a preliminary exploration. 12 pigs were tested liver, kidney function, electrolytes, coagulation mechanism and anatomical data. Results Serum bilirubin: 2 ~ 8 ~ 10.0μmol / L, total protein: 530 ~ 700G / L, creatinine: 1113 ~ 1297μmol / L, urea nitrogen: 5.61 ~ 6. 37mmol / L, blood electrolytes, urine routine in the normal range of human beings. But the blood albumin: 27.5 ~ 31.9G / L, uric acid: 7.1 ~ 8.6μmol / L, and total cholesterol: 1.54 ~ 2.61mmol / L, lower than the normal range of human, which May be related to the pig’s diet. Coagulation mechanism results show that pig blood more easily clotting than human blood. Anatomical results showed that the diameter of portal vein, hepatic artery and common bile duct of pig liver were 0.8 ~ 1.5cm, 0.3 ~ 0.4cm and 0.5 ~ 0.7cm respectively. The length of portal vein and common bile duct were 0.3 ~ 6.0cm, 2.0 ~ 4.0cm, and the corresponding pipe size of human close. This group of results suggest that the main function of pig liver and human liver approximation of the pig human heterologous liver transplantation is not difficult, as a possible donor for xenotransplantation.
