应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)研究灌浆期水稻协优963、TN1受褐飞虱Nilaparvata lugens(Stl)若虫侵害后根、叶片赤霉素(gibberellin,GA)含量的变化,以探讨褐飞虱若虫侵害后灌浆期水稻耐虫性与植物体内源激素的关系。结果表明:虫口密度40头/株和80头/株120头/株侵害灌浆期水稻协优963后3d根GA含量显著下降,40头/株和80头/株侵害后协优963后3d根冠(叶片)比显著下降;40头/株侵害协优963后6d根冠比显著下降。40头/株、80头/株和120头/株侵害灌浆期水稻TN1后3d根GA含量显著下降;80头/株和120头/株侵害TN1后6d根GA含量显著下降,120头/株侵害TN1后6d根冠比显著下降。表明灌浆期水稻协优963、TN1受褐飞虱若虫侵害后基本变化趋势为根GA含量、GA含量根冠比下降(3d、6d),叶片GA含量变化规律不明显;耐、感虫水稻品种变化一致,变化幅度无明显差异。
The changes of gibberellin (GA) contents in roots and leaves of rice Xieyou 963 and TN1 during Nilaparvata lugens (Stl) nymph infestation during grain filling stage were studied by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Relationship between Endurance Hormone Content and Endogenous Hormones in Rice at Post Filling Stage. The results showed that the GA content decreased significantly on the 3rd day after inoculating rice Xieyou 963 with 40 head / plant and 80 head / plant 120 head / plant infested, with 40 heads / plant and 80 heads / Crown (leaf) ratio decreased significantly; root / shoot ratio decreased significantly at 6 days after 40 heads / plant was damaged by Xieyou 963. The content of GA at 6 days after 80 plants / plant and 120 plants / The root-shoot ratio decreased significantly 6 days after TN1 was infested. The results showed that the basic change trend of TNX content of rice Xieyou 963 and TN1 was root GA content, the root / shoot ratio of GA decreased (3d, 6d), and the content of GA in leaves did not change obviously. , No significant difference in the rate of change.
