30年来,消费的快速增长固然有多种因素,但这其中一个不能忽视的因素和需要高度肯定的是我国消费者权益保护工作的长足发展,这当中中国消费者协会功不可没。1984年中国消费者协会诞生,1993年《消法》出台,这是我国第一部消费者权益保护法律,它的制定和实施标志着我国消费者保护工作进入了法治化的新阶段。于2014年3月15日正式实施的新《消法》与时俱进,从实际出发,紧紧围绕消费者权益保护工作中出现的新情况、新问题,增加了很多的法律规范,有诸多新的亮点。特别是赋予消费者组织
In the past 30 years, despite the rapid growth of consumption, there are many factors.
