微量元素与肿瘤的关系研究由来已久 ,较明确的有某些微量元素 ,如硒、锌、铜等与肿瘤的发生、发展有关 ,可作为某些肿瘤诊断的辅助指标 ,并可提示预后。近年来的研究又有更重要的进展 ,人们在研究中发现微量元素如硒、铜、锌、铁、铋、钙、镉、镁、钒等与肿瘤治疗时的耐药有关。微量元素可导致耐药 ,改善微量元素营养环境可降低或提高肿瘤细胞的耐药性 ,从而影响肿瘤的治疗效果。此项研究的意义在于寻找到一条简便、低廉的途径 ,能够提高肿瘤化疗效果 ,进而提高患者预后
Trace elements and tumor research for a long time, more clearly there are some trace elements, such as selenium, zinc, copper and tumor occurrence and development, can be used as ancillary indicators of certain tumor diagnosis, and can prompt the prognosis. People found that trace elements such as selenium, copper, zinc, iron, bismuth, calcium, cadmium, magnesium and vanadium are related to the drug resistance in cancer treatment. Trace elements can lead to drug resistance, improve the nutritional status of trace elements can reduce or increase the resistance of tumor cells, thus affecting the therapeutic effect of the tumor.
