目的分析Kimura’s病的放疗疗效。方法回顾性分析了1971~1998年放疗的7例病人,使用低能X线、电子线或高能X线治疗,剂量10~40Gy。结果剂量低于20Gy者均复发,照射10Gy者病变基本无变化,而剂量高于20Gy者肿块基本消失.剂量高于30Gy者,疗毕即消,全部病人存活。结论本文研究表明,放疗对Kimura’s病疗效很好.剂量应为20~30Gy,放疗可做为Kimura’s病的首选治疗。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of radiotherapy for Kimura’s disease. Methods Seven patients with radiotherapy from 1971 to 1998 were retrospectively analyzed. They were treated with low-energy X-ray, electron beam or high-energy X-ray. The dose was 10-40 Gy. Results: The doses below 20 Gy relapsed, and 10 Gy irradiation did not change the lesions. However, the masses above 20 Gy disappeared. If the dose is higher than 30 Gy, it will disappear after treatment and all patients will survive. Conclusion This study shows that radiotherapy has a good effect on Kimura’s disease. The dose should be 20 to 30 Gy. Radiotherapy can be the treatment of choice for Kimura’s disease.
