近些年,我国的非政府组织(或称第三部门,下同)发展较快并逐渐被社会所重视。但由于其先天的“缺陷”,非政府组织一直“挣扎”在生存的边缘。而这一切的根源都来源于一个原因——资金不足。对于这个问题,一方面取决于组织的自身能力建设,另一方面则取决于外部社会的供给环境。因此,对非政府组织的运行机制与管理问题进行研究,是当前实践所迫需解决的。
In recent years, the non-governmental organizations in our country (or the third sector, the same below) have developed rapidly and are gradually receiving the attention of the community. However, because of its innate “flaws,” non-governmental organizations have been “struggling” to the margins of existence. And all the root causes come from one reason - lack of funds. For this issue, on the one hand, it depends on the organization’s own capacity-building, on the other hand, it depends on the external social supply environment. Therefore, the research on the operating mechanism and management of non-governmental organizations is an urgent issue to be solved by current practice.
