科学发展观提倡以人为本,在伦理价值取向上,以人为中心,关注人的利益,一切为了人,一切依靠人。“五大统筹”是科学发展观的核心思想之一,统筹观可以称得上是一种新的伦理观,它意味着生物因素、经济因素、社会因素和文化因素等方面的整合。科学发展观强调社会公正是社会发展的必然要求。社会公正伦理意在为人类社会提供一种普遍实用的生存、发展的伦理信仰和道德目标。
Scientific concept of development advocates people-oriented, ethical values, people-centered, concerned about the interests of people, all for people, all rely on people. The “Five Overall Plans” is one of the core ideas of the scientific concept of development. The concept of “overall plan” can be regarded as a new kind of ethics. It means the integration of biological factors, economic factors, social factors and cultural factors. Scientific Outlook on Development Emphasizing social justice is a necessary requirement of social development. Social justice ethics is intended to provide human society with a universal practical ethical and moral goal of survival and development.
