近年来,聚丙烯工业有了飞速的发展,聚丙烯产品逐渐成为世界合成树脂中发展最快,品种开发最活跃、应用范围最广的品种之一。丙烯聚合属于非均相阴离子配位反应,其反应机理非常复杂,加之聚丙烯生产工艺多种多样,如何建立聚合反应过程的数学模型,并实现聚合过程的计算机仿真是进行聚丙烯生产过程优化和控制的基础。本文就是主要针对聚丙烯环管反应器建立相应的数学模型。
