在用SQM—1型脉冲色谱仪进行钢中氢、氧、氮的同时测定时,要做多种条件试验。在固定载气氩流速(50毫升/分)、桥流(120毫安)、TDX—01碳分子筛—13X分子筛混合柱(2M)和柱温(40℃)等条件下,要做加热电流、加热时间、样品重量等条件试验,每个条件中选三个试验点。按常规进行试验,要做3~3=27次试验。现在用正交试验法,选用正交表L_2(3~4)来安排试验,则只需做9次试验。用较短的时间,较少次的试验,选定了同时测定钢中氢、氧、氮的条件。
