在社会经济高速发展的背景之下,企业的发展水平越来越高,精细化和标准化管理已经逐渐成为企业发展的主要趋势。而财务管理工作由于具有高度的重复性和事务性,在工作中会消耗大量的时间和精力,工作效率较慢,无法满足企业发展的需求。这也就需要企业对于传统的财务管理模式进行相应的革新,提升企业财务管理水平。因此,本文通过对财务共享服务的意义进行分析,阐述了建设财务共享服务平台的关键要素,提出了企业管理中财务共享服务的建设思路,从而达到了优化企业财务管理体系,促进企业发展的核心目的。
Under the background of rapid social and economic development, the development level of enterprises is getting higher and higher. The elaboration and standardized management have gradually become the major trends in the development of enterprises. Due to the high degree of repeatability and transactionality, financial management work consumes a lot of time and energy in work, and its work efficiency is slow and can not meet the needs of enterprise development. This also requires the enterprise for the traditional financial management model for the corresponding innovation, enhance the level of corporate financial management. Therefore, this paper analyzes the significance of financial sharing services, expounds the key elements of building a financial sharing service platform, puts forward the building of financial sharing services in business management ideas, so as to achieve the optimization of enterprise financial management system and promote the core business development purpose.
