帕雷托法则表明,在投入与产出、努力与收获、原因和结果之间,普遍存在着不平衡关系:即少的投入,可以得到多的产出;关键的少数,往往是决定整个组织效率和成败的主要因素。东风电机有限公司正是将这一法则成功地运用于人力资源管理,推行骨干人才管理,减少了人力资本流失,提高了企业竞争力,使企业获得了长足的发展。笔者结合所在企业应用帕雷托法则从骨干人才核定、激励、约束、淘汰、补充、联系报告机制方面对骨干人员管理进行了探讨。
