时下业界这样一个故事颇为流行:话说最开始人们并不知道马和驴子会相恋,并且还会有爱情的结晶,直到那个又象驴子又象马的家伙出生后,人们才关注它的存在,说就叫他骡子吧。后来骡子长大,既具有马的体力又具有驴子的吃苦耐劳,十足一个劳动模范,骡子的名声就大了起来。这种自然界的物种杂交优生优种的例子很多,驴马的故事只是其中的一个,在地产界,不知道不同业态之间,不同模式之间的杂交会是什么一个结果。
