一、关怀、重用。科技人员需要政治上的关怀、工作上的支持。领导对科技人员一定要充分信任、大胆使用。某农场一位科技人员在研制科技人员岗位责任制时,信心不足,领导就充分肯定这件事是对的,要坚决干下去。为了等这位科技人员参加会,几次推迟了会期。这位科技人员深受感动,他呕心沥血,昼夜不休,深入走访,征求各方意见,终于搞出一个领导满意,群众欢迎的责任制。
