目的 通过模具产品CAD/CAM/CAE远程信息传输技术实现经济、实用型CIMS. 方法 利用研究开发的CAD/CAM 软件生成数控加工代码, 通过由局域网、微机、Modem , 电话、电话线组成的远程通信系统, 把此代码传输到远程加工中心. 结果 利用该系统已生产多种模具. 结论 本系统的开发为CIMS技术的推广应用探索一条切实可行的道路, 把通信技术引入制造领域, 是一项有开创意义的工作.
Objective To realize economic and practical CIMS through the CAD / CAM / CAE remote information transmission technology of mold products. The method uses the CAD / CAM software developed by the research and development to generate CNC machining code and transmit the code to a remote machining center through a telecommunication system composed of a local area network, a microcomputer, a modem, a telephone and a telephone line. Results The system has produced a variety of molds. Conclusion The development of this system is a pioneering work to explore a practical way to popularize and apply CIMS technology and to introduce communication technology into manufacturing.
