目的观察小鼠脑组织中脂褐素与丙二醛(MDA)的关系。方法分别测量小鼠脑组织中MDA的含量与脂褐素的含量,以脑组织中MDA的含量代表自由基水平,观察其与脂褐素的关系。结果两者呈曲线相关(r=0.74,P<0.002)。结论脂褐素相对于自由基呈一种指数增长,而且从一个新的角度在某种程度上支持了脂褐素作为老年性反应指标的可靠性。
Objective To observe the relationship between lipofuscin and malondialdehyde (MDA) in mouse brain. Methods The content of MDA and the content of lipofuscin in brain tissue of mice were measured respectively. The level of MDA in brain tissue was used to represent the level of free radicals. The relationship between lipofuscin and lipofuscin was observed. The results showed a curve-related (r = 0.74, P <0.002). Conclusions Lipofuscin exhibits an exponential growth with respect to free radicals, and to a certain extent supports the reliability of lipofuscin as a marker of senile responsiveness from a new perspective.
