佛手瓜原在我国南方种植较多,1989年,我们引种于淮阴,1990年引种成功后,并在淮北地区推广,近年来它成为“绿色食品”蔬菜在该地区“安家落户”。由于它不能在自然状况下越冬,所以每年要进行育苗,经过我们几年研究试验,掌握了种瓜萌发的规律性,探索出一套育苗技术措施。1993年中试,在建淮乡大规模育苗并获得成功。以下从五个方面介绍佛手瓜育苗的主要技术措施。
