在目前，蜘蛛丝对于机械仪器，仍有其广泛的作用。无论是高精度的测角仪器（如TT2/6大型经纬仪和A_y天文测量仪）或普通经纬仪的交合系，多系利用蛛丝装置而成。且野外作业中常因巨震而断损或受潮而弯曲变形。极应重新装置。今就个人的体会对装置交合系蛛丝的方法和过程作简单的介绍仅供参考，不妥之处请指正。
