从2006年起,股权激励在我国开始规范化发展,到目前为止,实施股权激励的年限不超过10年,属于股权激励发展完善期,在这期间容易爆发各种问题,也容易取得成就。随着我国经济环境和政治环境的不断变化,股权激励在我国所面临的实施环境也在不断变化,总体处于不断转好的状态。股权激励作为一种长期性的激励机制,基于我国的实施进程,对股权激励不断地进行研究是必须的。
