目的 探索一种客观、准确地测量耳廓夹角的方法。方法 于 30例成人正常耳廓 (共 6 0只 ) ,采用CT作经眶—耳平面的断层扫描 ,绘制成图后测量常用的 3个夹角的角度 ,并进行统计分析。结果 显示成年人正常耳廓的颅—耳角为 (45± 14 )度 ,颅—耳甲角为 (83± 13)度 ,耳甲—耳舟角为 (92± 4)度。左右对称。男女之间 ,女性的颅—耳角大于男性 ,颅—耳甲角、耳甲—耳舟角无显著差异。结论 用CT测量人类耳廓的相关夹角是一种无干扰、方便、准确的方法 ,对指导临床有一定的实际意义。
Objective To explore an objective and accurate method of measuring the angle of the pinna. Methods Thirty normal adult auricles (total 60) were scanned by computed tomography (CT) through the orbital-auricular plane. The angles of the three commonly used angles were measured and statistically analyzed. The results showed that the average cochlear-ear angle (45 ± 14), the craniocervix angle (83 ± 13), and the condyloma acuminata-ear angle (92 ± 4) in the normal auricle of adults. bilateral symmetry. Conclusions It is a non-interference, convenient and accurate method to measure the relative included angle of human auricle with CT, which has certain practical significance for clinical guidance.
