为了实现氧化铝连续碳酸化分解生产过程优化控制,研究连续碳酸化分解过程输入输出运行规律并对其过程进行动态数学描述是解决问题的关键。定义了ICSTR(Interaction Continuous Stirred-TankReactor)关联连续搅拌槽式反应釜基础上,给出了ICSTR的特性。基于碳酸化分解过程物理化学机理及质量守恒定律,建立了连续碳酸化分解过程系统非线性多重时滞的动态数学模型。通过数值计算和仿真,给出了模型计算值与实际测量值比较的结果,提供了分解各槽Al2O3浓度连续变化仿真曲线,验证了模型能较好地体现系统即时变化过程。
In order to achieve optimal control of the continuous carbonation and decomposition process of alumina, it is the key to solve the problem to study the law of input and output of continuous carbonation and decomposition process and to describe the process dynamically. Based on the definition of ICSTR (Interaction Continuous Stirred-Tank Reactor) associated continuous stirred tank reactor, the characteristics of ICSTR are given. Based on the physico-chemical mechanism of carbonation decomposition and the law of conservation of mass, a dynamic mathematical model of nonlinear multiple time-delay in continuous carbonation decomposition process was established. Through the numerical calculation and simulation, the results of the comparison between the calculated value of the model and the actual measured value are given, and the simulation curve for decomposing the continuous change of Al2O3 concentration in each cell is provided. It is verified that the model can better reflect the real-time change of the system.
