日本1977年猕猴桃面积为63公顷,产量19吨。予计1990年分别达到1980公顷和2.7万吨。目前主要引进品种有布鲁诺、蒙蒂、艾博特和海沃德。猕猴桃的成熟生理及采收期猕猴桃生育期分为三个阶段,即生长期(6—7月中旬)——果实迅速膨大、水分高;果实膨大期(7—9月下旬)——果实水分下降,淀粉含量增加;成熟期——淀粉分解,总糖和还原糖增加;含酸量下降到一定水平。日本
