目的 为了解机体免疫系统受激发的状态下血脑屏障能否开放及血压升高对此过程的影响 .方法 以大肠杆菌来源的脂多糖 L PS为免疫刺激物 ,或 (和 )给以单独给药时不能开放血脑屏障的小剂量 (3μg· kg- 1 )肾上腺素 ,以伊文思蓝为血脑屏障开放的指示剂进行研究 .结果 大剂量 (2 5 0μg· kg- 1 ) L PS和 3μg· kg- 1肾上腺素分别单独注射不能使血脑屏障开放 ;而静脉注射 L PS 3h后再给予同样剂量的肾上腺素 ,则可开放血脑屏障 .结论 在 L PS激发的免疫状态下 ,血脑屏障的开放阈降低 ,更易于受其他因素影响而开放 .本研究为免疫信息分子通过血脑屏障开放传入脑内的假说提供了一个佐证 .
Objective To understand whether the blood-brain barrier can be opened and the blood pressure increased in this state when the immune system is stimulated.Methods Escherichia coli-derived lipopolysaccharide LPS was used as immunostimulant or (and) (3μg · kg-1) epinephrine was not able to open blood-brain barrier and Evans blue was used as an indicator of blood-brain barrier opening.Results High dose (250μg · kg-1) of LPS and 3μg · kg-1 epinephrine injection alone can not make the blood-brain barrier open; and intravenous injection of LPS 3h and then given the same dose of epinephrine, you can open the blood-brain barrier.Conclusion In LPS-stimulated immune status, blood The open threshold of the brain barrier decreases and is more likely to be opened up by other factors.This study provides evidence for the hypothesis that immune information molecules are introduced into the brain through the blood-brain barrier.
