为提高浆体防灭火性能,通过程序升温实验对一种新型阻化浆体抑制煤氧化自燃性能进行研究,将原煤样和经阻化浆体处理的煤样的实验结果进行对比,发现温度升高,阻化煤样耗氧量和CO生成量明显低于原煤样,煤炭自燃的热分解产物C2H4、C3H8的初始出现温度也得到提高,初始生成量降低。结果表明新型阻化浆体降低了煤的氧化速率,有效抑制了煤氧化自燃进程。
In order to improve the fire-extinguishing performance of the slurry, a new type of resistance-deteriorated slurry was researched to suppress the spontaneous combustion of coal by a programmed temperature-rising experiment. The experimental results of the coal samples processed by the raw coal sample and the tempered slurry were compared and found that the temperature rise The oxygen consumption and CO production of high-resistance and resistance-deteriorated coal samples were significantly lower than those of the original coal samples. The initial onset temperatures of C2H4 and C3H8, the spontaneous combustion products of coal, also increased and the initial production decreased. The results show that the new resistance reducing slurry can reduce the oxidation rate of coal and effectively suppress the process of spontaneous combustion of coal.
