大型牙雕《西厢和月》在2007上海工艺美术精品展上亮相,取材元代王实甫的《西厢记》设计创作。作品描写了书生张君瑞与相国的女儿崔莺莺一见钟情,冲破封建礼教,追求婚姻自由,向往幸福美好生活的一个爱情故事。
The large-scale tooth-carving “The West Wing and the Moon” debuted at the 2007 Shanghai Arts and Crafts Exhibition and was devoted to the design and creation of The West Chamber by Wang Shih-fu in the Yuan Dynasty. The work depicts a love story of scholar Zhang Junrui and his daughter Cui Yingying at first sight, breaking through feudal ethics, pursuing marriage freedom and longing for happiness and good life.
