在航空运输中,安全是永恒的主题,也是民航发展的生命线。保证安全是每个航空企业获得经济效益的重要前提和基础。纵观人为差错的发生,往往是多种因素相互作用导致人为不安全的行为。因此,在深入了解研究产生不安全因素的基础上,开展防人为差错的措施有着极其重要的意义。本文就2000年禄口机场安全评估工作以来,机务工程部开展防人为差错的措施及对策。
