南水北调来水在一定程度上缓解了北京市的水资源供需矛盾,但同时也带来了多水源调度的问题。文章在对北京市当前的多水源供水工程情况进行介绍的基础上,建构了北京市水资源供需情况与调度模型。实证研究结果表明,利用文章建构的模型,可以实现对大宁水库的有效调度,从而满足“不缺水、不弃水”的基本调度目标;使得北京市能够根据不同年份的水资源丰欠情况,更为从容的实现水资源的调度,同时也最大限度的对水资源加以利用;实现对北京市的不同水厂的联合调度。总之,此研究成果对于解决北京市的多水源联合调度问题具有一定的参考价值。
To a certain extent, the incoming water from South-to-North Water Diversion Project alleviates the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources in Beijing, but it also brings about the problem of multiple water sources dispatching. Based on the introduction of the current multi-source water supply project in Beijing, the article constructs the water supply and demand and dispatch model of Beijing. The empirical results show that using the model of article construction can realize the effective dispatch of Daning reservior so as to meet the basic dispatch goal of “no shortage of water and no abandonment of water”, and make Beijing be able to calculate the water resources abundance in different years Owing to the situation, it is easier to realize the dispatching of water resources while also maximizing the utilization of water resources; and realizing the joint dispatching of different water plants in Beijing. In conclusion, the research results have some reference value to solve the multi-water source joint dispatch in Beijing.
