《社会保险法》是我国建国以来第一部社会保险制度的综合性法律,是中国特色社会主义法律体系中起支架性作用的重要法律。由于这部法律的重要性和涉及老百姓利益的广泛性,所以在立法上呈现了一些特点。
The Social Insurance Law is the comprehensive law of the first social insurance system since the founding of our country and is an important law that plays a supporting role in the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. Due to the importance of this law and the wide range of interests of ordinary people, some characteristics have appeared in the legislation.
