为降低管道穿越大型垃圾填埋场垃圾自燃、沉降及腐蚀对管道的影响,解决穿越管道的安全问题,从垃圾自燃源头分析,结合勘测资料并借鉴城市垃圾填埋处理行业的理论和经验,建模计算垃圾场基础沉降和降解沉降数据,并对管道受力进行综合分析,以确定管道变形解决方案。参照管道防腐技术要求,分析垃圾成分化验检测数据,判定腐蚀等级,设置了防腐和阴极保护双重防护措施。管道多年运营监测结果显示,该穿越方案及防护措施合理有效,穿越处未发生自燃,沉降和腐蚀均可控,为今后类似管道穿越工程在方案选择,降低垃圾自燃、沉降和腐蚀对管道的影响,以及处理方案的确定提供了建议和参考。(图4,表2,参6)
