温-湿-气多功能智能测试系统的研究

温-湿-气多功能传感器是采用微粒子技术制造的一种新型传感器,是我国“七五”规划的科研成果。本文论述了测试系统的工作原理,重点分析了测湿机理,给出了温度、湿度、气体浓度测量电路及单片机控制电路。在软件设计方面,采用了平滑数字滤波技术,软件补偿方法及浮点运算方法,在国内首次研制出了“温-湿-气多功能智能测试系统”。 Temperature - wet - gas multi-sensor is the use of particle technology to create a new type of sensor, is China’s “Seventh Five-Year Plan” scientific research. This paper discusses the working principle of the test system, focusing on the measurement of wetting mechanism, given the temperature, humidity, gas concentration measurement circuit and microcontroller control circuit. In terms of software design, a smooth digital filter technology, a software compensation method and a floating-point operation method are adopted. The “warm-wet-air multi-function intelligent test system” was first developed in China.
