会计行业一直是人才需求较大的领域,目前我国优秀的财务管理人员远不能满足国家经济发展与企业发展的需求,整个行业急需高技能型人才。鉴于此,本专业针对目前日常教学中的现状进行分析,深入探索高职多学期分段式会计专业课程改革,为培养应用型人才提供有效途径。在课程改革中,以“面向社会生产第一线、培养高级应用型人才”为导向,从课程体系规划、师资队伍建设、专业教材课件开发建设以及学生学习和实训实习等方面,都要紧紧抓住“强化和提高学生的实践操作能力”这个主题,使学生较好地掌握会计业务、计算机(网络)应用、电算化管理技能和方法,能够迅速适应电算化管理岗位的工作并开拓企业电算化业务新的应用领域。并不断推进校企合作的广度和深度,提升人才培养质量,真正做到与就业零距离接轨。
