目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin和转移抑制蛋白nm23在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与腋淋巴结转移和5年生存率的关系。方法:用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例乳腺癌组织中Survivin,nm23的表达,分析其与腋淋巴结转移和5年无病生存率之间的关系。结果:Survivin蛋白在乳腺癌中阳性表达率为68.75%(55/80),与腋淋巴结转移呈低度正相关(r=0.263,P=0.019),与5年无病生存率呈低度负相关(r=-0.255,P=0.024);nm23阳性表达率为57.50%(46/80),与腋淋巴结转移呈低度负相关(r=-0.253,P=0.024),与5年无病生存率低度正相关(r=0.235,P=0.037)。Survivin和nm23蛋白表达与肿瘤病理类型、发病年龄、临床分期无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin蛋白的抑制凋亡作用和nm23蛋白的抑制转移作用可能在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,联合检测有助于判断乳腺癌的预后。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Survivin and metastasis suppressor protein nm23 in breast cancer and their relationship with axillary lymph node metastasis and 5-year survival rate. Methods: The expression of Survivin and nm23 in 80 cases of breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the expression of Survivin and nm23 was analyzed with axillary lymph node metastasis and 5 year disease-free survival rate. Results: The positive rate of Survivin protein in breast cancer was 68.75% (55/80), which was negatively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis (r = 0.263, P = 0.019) (R = -0.255, P = 0.024). The positive rate of nm23 expression was 57.50% (46/80), which was negatively correlated with axillary lymph node metastasis (r = -0.253, P = 0.024) Low survival was positively correlated (r = 0.235, P = 0.037). Survivin and nm23 protein expression and tumor pathological type, age of onset, clinical stage no significant correlation (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Survivin inhibits the apoptosis and inhibits the metastasis of nm23 protein, which may play an important role in the development and progression of breast cancer. Combined detection may be helpful in judging the prognosis of breast cancer.
