目的了解疫苗冰箱中的主要细菌种类及其致病风险。方法选取8家预防接种门诊的27台疫苗冰箱作为研究对象,采用营养琼脂(NA)进行细菌的采集与分离,通过VITEK2进行鉴定。结果共分离到细菌83株;以库克菌属(Kocuria)、鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、微球菌属(Micrococcus)、莫拉菌属(Moraxella)6个属的菌株为主。致病菌21株,占25.30%,以鞘脂单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)为主。结论疫苗冰箱中存在种类丰富的细菌,且存在致病菌,疫苗冰箱的安全问题应引起重视。
Objective To understand the main types of bacteria in vaccine refrigerators and the risk of developing them. Methods 27 vaccine refrigerators from 8 outpatient clinics were selected as the research objects. The bacteria were collected and separated by nutrient agar (NA) and identified by VITEK2. As a result, 83 strains of bacteria were isolated. Among them, Kocuria, Sphingomonas, Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter, Micrococcus, The 6 genera of Moraxella are dominant. Twenty-one pathogens, accounting for 25.30%, were mainly Sphingomonas, Acinetobacter and Staphylococcus. Conclusion There are many types of bacteria in the vaccine refrigerator, and there are pathogenic bacteria. The safety of the vaccine refrigerator should be paid attention to.
