近年来曾报导四-(对-三甲铵苯基)卟啉(简称TAPP)与镉,钯,铜的显色反应。我们应用此试剂作为光度法测定微量铅的显色剂。实验结果表明,在pH9.8—10.5的溶液中,铅与TAPP生成黄绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为464毫微米,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.8 ×10~5,铅含量在0—25微克/25毫升之间有良好的直线关系。在显色液中加入少量溴化十六烷基吡啶,可显著提高有色溶液的稳定性。为了消除干扰,我们参考文献,采用国产717阴离子交换树脂,在氢溴酸介质中,使铅与干扰元素分离,进而拟定了测定天然水、底泥、
