针对水润滑橡胶轴承在低速、重载条件下极易产生摩擦噪声的问题,利用复模态分析方法,计算了在有无板条以及不同板条厚度、宽度、数目的情况下产生的摩擦噪声频率的大小。研究表明:板条可以明显的减小水润滑橡胶轴承产生摩擦噪声的可能性,以及摩擦噪声的大小;增加板条厚度、减小板条宽度可以在一定程度上减小摩擦噪声;增加板条数目对减小摩擦噪声产生的可能性及其大小有一定的效果。
