系统地研究了甜玉米籽粒长、宽、厚、体积、干重、鲜重、含水量、可溶性糖等变化。结果表明:从受精始,籽粒长、宽、体积都在增加,但粒长增速达最大值比粒宽、体积较早,粒厚至吐丝后18d达最大值;粒重持续增加,在吐丝后13~14d是增长速度的转折点;含水量持续增加是粒重增加的主要因素,受精后含水量直线下降(r=-0.9510);籽粒中可溶性糖的变化为三次多项式曲线(r=0.9407),在吐丝后17d增长速度逐渐减慢,吐丝后19~21d达最大值后,下降速度加快。
The changes of kernel length, width, thickness, volume, dry weight, fresh weight, water content and soluble sugar of sweet corn were systematically studied. The results showed that grain length, width and volume increased at the beginning of fertilization, but the maximum grain growth rate was longer than grain size and earlier in volume. The grain thickness reached the maximum value on 18d after silkworm, grain weight continued to increase. Thirteen to 14 days after silking were the turning points of the growth rate. The continuous increase of water content was the main factor of grain weight increase, the water content decreased linearly after fertilization (r = -0.9510 **), and the change of soluble sugar in grains was the cubic polynomial (R = 0.9407 *), the growth rate slowed down 17d after silking, and reached its maximum at 19 ~ 21d after silking, the speed of decline accelerated.
